编码领导干部:简历数据收集与整理中的问题及方法Coding Leading Cadres:Issues and Methods in Resume Data Collection and Collation

摘要(Abstract):
干部晋升与精英选拔既是党和国家政治生活领域的重要问题,也是中国政治学与公共管理学研究领域的一项核心议题。近年来,晋升领域中的众多实证研究将领导干部简历作为数据来源。如何从不同渠道获取目标简历?如何有效地提取变量并编码?如何解决编码中常见的细节问题?对此有必要进行系统性的讨论。因此,针对这一基础的方法论问题,本文基于自身的研究经验,结合相关文献和官员数据库,对简历数据收集、整理与编码进行了系统性的讨论,以期在一定程度上为干部晋升研究以及其他使用简历数据的研究提供一种方法论意义上的指南。
