摘要(Abstract)：

本文通过整理《公共管理学报》《中国行政管理》《公共行政评论》2006—2015年发表的4123篇论文数据,实证研究了公共管理学三大权威期刊论文在被引频次上的影响因素。回归分析显示,在控制已发表时间、论文页数等变量的情况下,各期首篇与次篇论文、实证性论文、受纵向基金资助的论文在被引频次上显著高于其他论文,此外,探讨主题的热门程度、标题的简练程度以及作者单位的名校属性也有助于被引频次的增加。而在期刊编辑部偏爱方面,研究发现,从总体上看,三大期刊无论在论文发表过程中还是在期内排序方面,均不存在同单位作者偏爱。
