伦敦城市群跨域协同治理制度研究A Study on Collaborative Governance Arrangements Across London and the Wider Metropolitan Area

摘要(Abstract)：
本文以伦敦城市群为个案,首先厘清了协同治理和跨域治理概念,界定了大伦敦和伦敦城市群的空间范围,接着从法律、规划政策、大伦敦规划、协同机制四个层面系统考察了伦敦城市群跨域协同治理的法律基础和制度安排,最后是全文结论性评估与思考,概括了伦敦城市群跨域协同治理制度安排的特点,指出了其深层次问题。
