摘要(Abstract)：

地方政府创新是理解中国地方治理逻辑的重要切口。论文在从角色变迁、制度逻辑与行为选择三个视角对地方政府研究进行综述的基础上,对地方政府创新研究的核心议题、研究转向和理论路径进行了梳理。研究发现,随着央地关系的调整以及地方政府自主性的增强,地方政府越来越多地通过制度创新来保持竞争优势。现有研究主要围绕地方政府创新的动力机制、模式分类、延续扩散和影响因素等议题而展开,并在方法上向解释性研究转变、在内容上更加关注创新可持续性。未来的地方政府创新研究,需基于中国情境深入探讨地方政府创新的内在逻辑,通过构建地方政府创新的系统理论,推进中国公共管理理论本土化与地方治理现代化。
