摘要(Abstract)：

本期的"当季英文佳作评介"选取最近在著名公共管理期刊上的四篇优秀论文进行评介,话题包括组织战略计划与组织绩效、公共服务动机与亲社会行为、透明与腐败以及创新实验室。第一篇文章对31篇实证研究的87对组织战略计划与组织绩效的相关关系进行荟萃分析,丰富学界对两者关系的认识。第二篇文章阐释了公共服务动机与亲社会行为关系的现有研究设计可能存在严重偏误,导致两者关系被夸大;因此精巧地设计了两个比较研究,对比自我报告的和实际观察得到的亲社会行为,当采用观察得到的亲社会行为数据时两者的显著关系消失了。第三篇文章关注透明与腐败的关系,这是一个耳熟能详的话题;但是作者将两者放在公共采购的情境之下讨论,并在透明的概念化、操作化以及透明影响腐败的机制上都富有创新,数据的分析与结果亦具有说服力。第四篇文章则对创新实验室进行探索性研究,将这一新鲜事物与传统的"去制度化"政策咨询体系进行比对,认为创新实验室更像一种合作生产的实践。这些佳作的研究选题与方法各异,但都给我们带来有益的启发。
