摘要(Abstract)：

新一代信息技术在治理体系中的嵌入重塑了公共权力配置方式、公共事务组织形态与公共价值实现路径，将数字公共治理设为公共管理二级学科，是公共管理学科顺应治理现代化进程与技术条件变迁的制度性回应与结构性调整。相较于既有二级学科，数字公共治理兼具问题综合性、方法交叉性与实践嵌入性特征，并逐步形成了具备稳定知识生产方向与问题意识的研究领域。围绕政府数字化运行、社会治理场域延展、数据资源配置与算法决策机制等议题，学界从技术运行界面、组织制度结构与公共价值维度展开系统探索，积累了具有本土情境特征的研究成果。面对学科体系建构与理论深化需求，学界仍需强化理论提炼能力、实践互动机制与协同研究基础，助力构建具有中国特色的数字公共治理学科体系、学术体系与话语体系。
