摘要(Abstract)：

随着我国市场化进程的不断深入，基层物业治理逐渐成为政府力量与市场力量共同作用的交叉场域，两种力量之间的张力也同时形成。在此背景下，如何破解政府力量与市场力量之间的悖论，成为亟待突破的难题。本文对西安市B街道“片区大物业”的政企合作治理过程进行案例分析，研究发现：基层街办与物业企业在合作治理过程中涌现出目标、认知、资源三个层面的跨组织悖论；双方共同创建结构双元、情境双元、网络双元三种跨组织双元逻辑来破解多重悖论；伴随悖论破解过程，双方均依据对方主体的发展不断拓展自身动态能力，形成跨组织动态能力的交互式成长。本文应用组织双元理论解释基层治理中的政企跨组织合作过程，重点析出政企双方对跨组织悖论的破解逻辑及动态能力成长路径，既扩展跨组织双元领域的研究对象，也延伸社会治理情境下政企关系的研究深度。
