摘要(Abstract)：

本文系统梳理2024年中国大陆学者发表于公共管理领域SSCI来源期刊的176篇中国主题研究论文，从论文出处、作者信息、研究方法、研究主题等维度评估中国公共管理研究的新发展。研究发现，2024年中国大陆学者在国际合作中的主导性显著增强，本土培养学者已成为国际发表的主力军。2024年的研究主要聚焦治理与协作、环境政策、动机与人力资源管理、官僚体系与晋升机制、电子政府等主题，问卷调查、实验与准实验研究方法的应用显著增多。以中国主题的国际论文发表为载体，中国学者在公共管理学术领域持续讲述中国故事、贡献中国智慧，推动中国公共管理研究的国际化进程持续加深，国际影响力稳步提升。
