欧洲与他者和作为他者的欧洲Europe and the Other and Europe as the Other

摘要(Abstract)：
本文探讨了社会问题在欧洲"身份"政治以及构建欧洲"本体"与"异己"二元划分过程中所扮演的角色。通过内生印象和外生印象交互作用所构造的二元划分具有双重意义:对内用以区分欧洲整体与其成员国,对外用以区分欧洲文明与非欧文明。将欧洲一体化进程与19世纪欧洲民族国家的形成过程相提并论,是不恰当的。在民族国家统一的进程中,社会问题处于核心地位,然而在欧洲一体化的进程中,居于核心地位的乃是市场统一问题。随着欧盟从15个成员国扩展到27个成员国以及欧盟内部社会差异的激增,欧洲一体化进程中社会问题的缺位所导致的欧盟内部的紧张关系和欧盟本身的合法性危机逐渐凸现。
