2000年以来中国台湾地区公务员公共服务动机及其对工作投入的影响The Public Service Motivation of Civil Servants and the Impact of Public Service Motivation on Job Involvement in the Taiwan Region of China since 2000

摘要(Abstract):
公共服务动机已成为公共行政和人事管理的重要研究领域。本文使用《2011年中国台湾地区公务员调查》的资料,以中国台湾地区公务员为研究对象,使用结构方程式分析方法,研究发现,岛内公务员公共服务动机处于较低水平,这可能与岛内政治对公务员体系的介入有关。实证研究结果显示:中国台湾地区公务员公共服务动机的结构只符合佩里所提出的四个维度中的三个维度,公共政策吸引力这一维度不符合研究假设;公共政策吸引力和自我牺牲对工作投入有显著正向影响,而公共利益承诺与同情对工作投入没有影响。
