摘要(Abstract)：

本文选取中国大陆学者2020年在公共管理学科英文期刊发表的中国主题论文进行分析和评估，揭示中国公共管理研究的进展、热点和趋势。评估内容包括论文出处、作者特征、合作情况、署名顺序、研究主题、研究方法、具体分析技术、数据类型等方面。研究发现，在作者的一般特征、研究方法、具体分析技术和数据类型这几个方面，2020年的结果与2019年保持一致；而在研究主题方面，2020年发表的论文更多地关注网络和治理领域。通过评估发现，公私合作与政商关系、跨部门协作与协同治理、政策过程中的理论创新、中国特色的官僚制、比较研究视角和方法创新等是当前研究的热点，本文重点阐述了这些主题的最新研究进展及其启示。
