摘要(Abstract)：
本文基于奥斯特罗姆的社会生态系统分析框架(SES框架)和制度分析与发展框架(IAD框架)等研究成果,结合我国国情,构建了分析中国商会内部规则执行机制的理论分析框架(YNY框架),并通过个案研究,分别对商会内部规则改变对行动情境变量的影响和商会内部规则变化的原因进行深入分析,提出了优化商会内部规则执行机制运作的建议。
