关于临床实践、多学科和治疗网的介绍：法国癌症治疗学的重组An Introduction about the Clinical Practice,Multidisdplinary and Treating Nets:Reorganization of the Cancer Therapeutics in France

摘要(Abstract)：
这篇文章主要讨论的是从20世纪90年代初起法国癌症治疗的发展。这种发展主要包括以事实为依据的治疗方针的发展和以扩大治疗选择为目的的多学科、跨组织人员的产生。这些系统工具位于创办不久的医院间肿瘤治疗网的核心地位。可以把这些变迁理解为医疗事业对法国卫生系统的回应,其特点是病人的地位和权利的加强以及公共管理意识的提升。尽管如此,在理解这些变化时,必须考虑到医护人员之间以及林林总总的医疗机构之间错综复杂的竞争关系。这样,我们就可以理解为什么一些医护人员对这些新的组织工具发生兴趣,还可以看出其对癌症治疗组织的影响。
