四大全球倡议:重构全球公共品供给模式的中国方案The Four Global Initiatives: China's Solution to Restructuring the Global Public Goods Provision Model

摘要(Abstract)：
四大全球倡议不仅是中国向世界贡献的重要公共品，而且为重构全球公共品供给模式提供了中国方案，引领国际秩序朝着更加公正合理的方向发展。在回应全球公共品供给困境的过程中，四大全球倡议秉持人类命运共同体核心理念，构建了“价值倡导—议题设置—经验共享—能力建设”的基本逻辑框架，从理念、目标、内容和路径四个方面，积极推动全球公共品供给从“霸权模式”与“竞争模式”向“共生模式”转型。为更好落实四大全球倡议，充分发挥中国在全球公共品供给模式变革中的引领作用，应持续面向未来进行增量改革、坚持共商共建共享原则、积极推动倡议落地生根以及重视新技术的支撑作用。
