摘要(Abstract)：

民众对政府的评价既反映出政府对民众美好生活需求的实际满足情况，也受到积极社会心态培育效果的影响。本研究构建了影响政府评价的“个体—社会—政府”理论框架，通过对CSS数据分析后发现，社会心态元素系统会以“上行反映”与“下行释放”的中介方式作用于个体生活经历影响政府评价的过程；相较于强调主观“表达性”色彩的社会信任与社会道德，能够折射公权力“功能性”内核的社会公平感和社会安全感在中介机制中具有更高权重；受教育程度与经济地位感知在模型中具有协同性调节功能。研究发现对于政府感知民情民意具有启发意义，也为推进基于社会心态的社会治理实践提供了理论参考。

• (1)利用潜变量进行中介模型的二度假设检验,有利于进一步增强核心假设模型的内部效度。这也是在本文重点突出社会心态弥散性、整体性特征之基础上,针对特定领域心态元素所进行的一种延展性佐证。
• (2)为降低模型内生性,社会信任的测量指标剔除了与因变量具有高度共线性的政府信任题项。
• (3)由于社会道德感在CSS调查项目中为独立题目,因此在本部分模型分析中对其仍保持前述单一指标的显变量测量方式。
• (4)CSS2019和CSS2015并不包含“社会安全感”的相关调查题项,因此相应年份稳健性检验中的部分结果仅涉及社会信任、社会安全感、社会道德感3项社会心态指标。
