摘要(Abstract)：

村级组织位于国家与社会的交界处,村干部是调节国家与社会关系的重要行动者。随着城市化的加深和国家对乡村治理干预的加强,村干部在一些区域正在趋于流动性任职。结合东部T市P镇的经验,本文试图将村干部流动性任职的生成逻辑解释为社会转型因素的溶解效应和国家制度建构的解构效应的叠加结果,或者说是一种"在溶解中解构"的生成机理。在治理效应上,村干部流动性任职有助于强化村级组织的代理功能,然而其带来的治理隐忧是会削弱村级组织对乡村社会的保护功能。
