电子政务研究回顾1999—2009:基于SSCI文献的分析Review of E-Government Research 1999—2009:A Literature Study Based on the Social Science Citation Index(SSCI)

摘要(Abstract):
随着信息通信技术的飞速发展及其为人类社会活动和行为方式带来的深刻变革,电子政务成为过去10年间公共管理领域趋之若鹜的热门话题之一。但是,由于学科基础庞杂、研究角度多样,长期以来电子政务研究的核心内涵与边界外延并不清晰。本文基于对1999—2009年SSCI检索的356篇电子政务研究文献的分析,从研究对象、研究方法、研究焦点及主流理论等维度讨论了世界范围内电子政务研究的现状和趋势。本文作为一篇研究综述,希望通过系统回顾过去10年国际电子政务研究的主要进展,帮助相关领域学者理解和把握研究的未来发展方向。
