法政治学的田野研究:为什么,怎么做?Fieldwork in Law and Politics: Why and How?

摘要(Abstract)：
在当下的国际环境下,以中国(特别是中国的司法政治)为对象的法政治学研究往往容易陷入基于政治立场或意识形态的对立中,而田野工作相对于其他研究方法常常能够提供更加相关和可靠的经验材料,因而尤其有助于促进在这些问题上进行理性的国际学术交流。在实际操作中,研究者可以在大量阅读相关外文文献的基础上,以非结构性访谈的形式进行预调研,以此将国际学界关注的普遍性问题和中国制度环境的特殊情况勾连起来,形成新的视角。
