欧洲一体化与公众健康——药品控制情况The Integration of Europe and Public Health:The Instance of Pharmaceutical Products Control

摘要(Abstract)：
这篇文章集中论述了欧洲医药产品特许系统的建立和功能,以及负责执行的机构(EMEA)。首先,我们要说明的是,欧洲医药评估的制度化是40多年来国家参与和欧洲政策手段共同转化的结果。三个主要的社会机制可以独立地解释这一现象:竞争、合作和希望促成这一进程的领头人的主动性。其次,我们分析一下在国家的健康政策上建立欧洲政治空间的影响。我们要说明协调性竞争没有在根本上建立起竞赛,因为涉及欧洲的药品控制。然后我们研究了药品规范化的专家意见和政策之间的联系,我们发现,专家们正在以他们的科学眼光来对待政治问题。
