摘要(Abstract)：

本研究系统梳理2025年度中国大陆学者在国际公共管理领域SSCI来源期刊的发表情况,通过对论文出处、作者信息、合作情况、研究主题、研究方法等维度的编码和分析,评估中国公共管理研究的新进展。2025年的研究聚焦环境政策、协同治理、数字政府、组织行为与人力资源管理、府际关系等议题,定量方法仍占据主流。中国公共管理研究正处于由规模扩张向质量提升转型的重要阶段,中国学者在强化理论原创性、优化研究方法、推动学科发展等方面持续贡献智慧与力量。
