摘要(Abstract)：

本研究探究配偶观点和执法对象违规情况对一线警察处罚裁量决策的影响，引入专项整治和纠纷调解两类情境，设计了2×2×2的实验场景。通过问卷实验采集数据，得到8省市1353份一线警察的有效样本。数据分析结果表明，若一线警察得知配偶主张应严厉对待某一类执法对象，其在执法中就会以更加严厉的方式来处罚这类执法对象；相比于首次违规的执法对象，警察会给予有多次违规记录的执法对象更严厉的处罚。此外，执法对象的违规情况只在纠纷调解的情境中能够显著且正向地调节配偶观点和警察裁量决策的关系。综合实证研究结果，本文建议应重视以家庭关系为核心的警察职业规范教育，降低警察在“工作—家庭”关系中产生的认知偏差及其对执法实务工作的消极影响。
