摘要(Abstract)：
吕孝礼助理教授的英文专著《管理危机不确定性:探索组织意义建构的制度影响》对中国的危机管理研究具有积极的借鉴意义:从问题选择来看,危机、不确定性和组织应对三者之间具有逻辑一致性;从理论视角来看,基于意义建构理论和制度理论的交叉与融合形成的制度化意义建构过程模型具有创新性。从方法应用来看,案例方法具有适当性。在回应中国情境中的重大现实关切中,危机管理研究的多学科交叉与融合已是大势所趋。
