摘要(Abstract):
本论文的预期目标不高。通过对日本与墨西哥寻租行为的分析,我们发展出一个理论框架,并试图用这个理论框架来审视最近一些对中国寻租行为的研究。这个理论框架还在不断完善中。我们承认对中国政治经济的了解是远远不够的。
