摘要(Abstract)：

协同治理理论作为近年来的学术增长点,在内涵、外延以及国内外的概念表达上存在一定的解读和应用分野。本文基于"词语—概念—情境"的概念史研究框架,探寻了中国"协同治理"概念的生成脉络和表达方式。研究表明,中国"协同治理"概念的演化呈现本土化发展趋势,主要体现为回应治理张力而呈现的政党力量整合嵌入及回应现代性扩张而被赋予复合的价值属性。相较于国际"协同治理"概念,中国共产党的领导嵌入协同治理链条是本土化协同治理的最本质特征。在复合性价值表达上,本土化协同治理既是目标也是过程,既是主体协作也是客体同调。本文试图为理解和应用本土化"协同治理"概念提供一定帮助。
